Default Hunter of Quest title!!

They need to make a title for doing every quest in the game. I believe that would be a good title just because people would learn about a lot of side stories that are in the game.

So who is up for this title??

Already suggested. The best name given was Adventurer.
It must be done, to punish those that leave quests undone to farm while treating those that make all the quests.

Why should farmers be punished? There's not many other ways to make money seeing as Anet blew up our economy.

Been there, unsigned that, bought the tee-shirt. Such a title would be really complicated to design seeing as certain quests are unobtainable for each profession, and anet's time is better spent on more significant issues imo.

Ive never farmed when playing guild wars, there are plenty of ways of making money, all heros have golds and greens, all got elite armour pieces, and got 4 sets of 15k armour. Thats on one character btw

if you actually play the game as it was intended, doing quests etc, you accumalate a lot of money, just doing quests and dungeons in gwen for the first time brought me around 60k.

Farming is just an exploit, and mind-numbingly boring, just for a few more platinum, go and play the game and you should enjoy it more.

As for the title, i wouldnt mind it to show that someone has bothered to play the game fully, the developers didnt add those quests just for a laugh.

maybe seperate titles for all quests on a campaign, then a max one for all.

Still, it's boring *in your opinion* others enjoy it. I personally like to sell up at the end of a few farming runs and see my winnings all stacked nice and neat.

It's a bit late for this title IMO, and dev money/time should be being used for GW2.

Yeah they should keep on track with gw2 and make it near perfect but i believe they should still add little content to gw1 every know and then.

If we are gonna start with arguments like "They could better spend the time money on GW2" then we might as well close the entire Sardelac Sanitarium down. This is fun speculation guys, its not like A-net will make a change to the game just because a bunch of people puts /signed in a topic

As for this suggestion, I like this one (your not the first one with this suggestion ). Completing quests is about the only large thing in GW that is not directly linked to a title and it would surely motivate me to finish off the last few remaining quests on my Warrior

I sign this, not that I like the name you suggested, but I've done every Prophecies quest on my 2nd warrior, and I'm quite proud of that.

if the OP thinks its a good enough idea to sign his own idea, then it has to be good.

i seriously do like it, it would be one of the few titles imo that wouldn't seem like a huge grind, and i hate sifting through all the quests to find the one i need for an area I'm going to.

Its been suggested many times already, but I still like it. It would be a fun title to work towards and not so monotonous like sweet tooth or drinking. You're out exploring the world and doing different things each day.

The only problem is how to handle those quests that are unobtainable and it's probably the reason A-net hasn't added this title yet. My Tyrian warrior cannot ever finish the Shing Jea Island quests and my Elonian Elementalist can't go to Ascalon and help out that poor Ambassador that still wants to talk to the King.

Not to mention all those quests that require you to be a certain profession. Although most of those can still be acquired by changing your secondary. (Most, but not all)

That wouldnt be much of a problem, just exlude the quests from Ascalon, Shing Jea Island and Istan from the title

Sigh. Still say it's probably unfeasible; they haven't been keeping track of quests for the past 2 and a half years, so going back and figuring out who's done what would be pretty darn hard.

agreed, implementing this would be for new chars only...
we have dozen of threads for a mini pig, so if this happens, it'll be QQ Week-end as next event ^^

Not for farming, that's not bad. But for leaving quests unfinished!

All quests must be finished! That's their purpose!
The purpose is ALL!

You remove the purpose and they are nothing! The purpose moves us! The purpose makes us what we are!

The purpose of the quests is being made.

I guess it could be done, but I'd rather see more time put into GW2 than stupid titles (which are the dumbest idea in the game) for GW1.

What about all the quests that are profession-specific or campaign-specific?

Basically, it's really a lot more trouble than it's worth.

Maybe /signed 2 years ago?

But, in the present /notsigned... for like, the 47th time.

There are plenty of quests that cannot be obtained without some odds sequence of events, and some quests that are either mutually exclusive, or just cannot be accessed due to bug X that was introduced 2 years ago.
